
Another interesting update and a great effort towards a more useful email inbox experience in Pipedrive.
While I’m still a bit grumpy about email inbox in Pipedrive one shouldn’t forget: there’s still no personal inbox in HubSpot. Group inbox in HubSpot? Great. Personal inbox? Absent as of 2025.
Anyway.
You’re now able to filter by no response to emails in a short, weekly and monthly period.

This is indeed very handy when doing weekly checks on communications with prospects and clients.
And it’s even more useful in combination with a regular filter. For example, filter emails from verified contacts and no response within a month.

The most useful application for these combos:
- no reply within a 3 days for contacts having an open lead
- no reply within a week for open deals
- no reply within a month for open deals, which automatically indicates a stalling deal.
