How is pipedrive different from other CRMs?
Pipedrive vs Close
Close offers a great power dialer, but not really a CRM. Close is also more expensive.
With the 59€ Pro Plan you get way more features in pipedrive than in Close. Close has no products assignable to deals, no recurring revenue tracking, no customizable reports, no project management, no payment scheduling and no built in quote generator with eSigning.
Pipedrive vs HubSpot
HubSpot is 3 times more expensive, with a more cluttered interface. HubSpot offers a better built-in automation tool (at 790€ per month) and more powerful email marketing tools, which might be an overkill if your sales involve personal communication. Transactional emails that are free in pipedrive cost 590€ per month in HubSpot.
What most people don’t know: make.com solves any automation challenge a business might require and is less expensive than using HubSpot’s built-in automation tools.
Pipedrive vs Salesforce
Salesforce is dummy expensive. Unless you’re an enterprise with thousands of employees and hundreds of millions in revenue, salesforce will be an overkill. Salesforce is an enterprise level CRM with outdated UI but very powerful tools. It's the most customizable and extendable CRM, at the highest premium pricing.
Pipedrive vs local and niche CRMs
Every CRM tailored for a specific niche or industry is just crap, let’s be honest. Development teams are usually just a handful of people who simply cannot develop features as deep and performant as they are pipedrive. You will be dealing with crappy interface, less features, limited API and very expensive integration with other apps.
