How is pipedrive different from other CRMs?
Pipedrive vs Close
Close offers a great power dialer, but is quite limited as a CRM. Close is also more expensive.
With the 59€ Pro Plan you get way more features in pipedrive than in Close. Close has no products assignable to deals, no recurring revenue tracking, no customizable reports, no project management, no built in quote generator with eSigning.
Meanwhile, Pipedrive has an excellent integration with JustCall, which covers every feature of telephony Close has to offer.
Pipedrive vs HubSpot
HubSpot is 3 times more expensive. HubSpot is a beast – that's why we also do HubSpot setups and support. But it's really expensive. Their automation engine is amazing, but also a 790€ extra per month thing. Transactional emails that are free in pipedrive cost 590€ per month in HubSpot.
While HubSpot is a great CRM and we love it – it's also a much higher price tag.
Pipedrive vs Salesforce
Salesforce is dummy expensive. Unless you’re an enterprise with thousands of employees and hundreds of millions in revenue, salesforce will be an overkill. Salesforce is an enterprise level CRM with powerful tools, no doubt. It's the most customizable and extendable CRM, at the highest premium pricing.
That's why we also support it. The only reason to go with Salesforce is if you're an enterprise with huge teams of 1000+ people.
Pipedrive vs local and niche CRMs
Niche CRMs are... problematic. While offering great solutions for a specific industry, they lack the resources for advanced sales and automation requirements. Pipedrive, HubSpot and Salesforce are worlds ahead in AI tools, APIs and native integrations with other apps.
If you want to be flexible, scalable and not spending a fortune on your CRM, Pipedrive is just a better choice.
