SmileForYou GmbH runs 5 dental offices and uses a standard application in that space - Ivoris. Ivoris is a wide spread solution for dental offices, but without modern tools like REST API, marketing tools, customer service or easy integration with other tools. Ivoris tends to lock clients in making it expensive and difficult to modernize and digitize processes.
HubSpot was implemented to address those shortcomings. Ivoris was integrated with HubSpot to sync patient and appointment data between the two applications. Data from all 5 offices was centralized in one application and all workflows have been streamlined, which in turn improved team performance across all offices. Up-to-date reports enabled fast evaluation of team performance and financial forecasts for all offices.
