Migration of MS Dynamics account with 100K+ customers, orders and team notes.

Development of a membership credits system, allowing tracking of available and used credits for booking travel packages. Payment tracking. Generation of membership cards and envelopes for printing. Everything handled by Google Apps Script and pipedrive at a fraction of initial Dynamics cost.

Challenges

  • Very expensive CRM setup based on Dynamics 365 had to be replaced
  • 100K+ customers with their entire booking history and customer service notes had to be migrated to the new CRM
  • Pen-and-paper outreach campaigns were time consuming and error prone
  • Team productivity couldn't be evaluated since most agents were not using Dynamics in their work
  • Manual creation of documents for new clients was very time consuming
