Different deals require different details. For some, the product matters most. For others, it’s a deadline or customer info.
People often try to fit these into the deal title, but that can get messy—especially with long names like vehicle models or product specs.
There’s a better way: customize your deal cards.
This lets you choose which details show up in your pipeline, so you always see the most important info at a glance.
Here’s how to do it
1. In the Pipeline view, click the pipeline dropdown arrow.
2. Click "Customize Deal Cards."

2. Select the desired fields. Fields from different objects linked to the deal can be displayed, such as contacts, companies or products.

A total of up to 7 fields can be included. Further data is displayed on mouseover, e.g. label name:

Pro tip: Instead of saving the full company name or the name of the contact person in the title, an abbreviation is recommended. If an activity is to be linked to a deal, only the title is searched, not the contacts and companies linked to it:

Although company names are also displayed in the list, these are not searched when typed in (unfortunately).
Summary
Deal cards in the pipeline overview can contain any fields from deals, contacts and companies. This also allows for more useful labeling of deals, which is clearer in the pipeline view.
