Another great update hit Pipedrive silently: bulk scheduling. It is currently available only through the deals page (Pipedrive, please make it available on other pages too, it's great!)

How to use batch scheduling feature

Just select a bunch of deals and schedule activities button appears:

Bulk scheduler also lets you spread the activities over several days with one click:

Why, you ask?

Here’s a bunch of scenarios where this feature comes in handy:

  • Follow up with prospects who received a bunch of cold emails but never responded
  • Reach out to my clients about new feature or upsell
  • Call people about a change in their existing contract

The solution:

  • Build a filter with deals matching your criteria
  • Select all of those deals
  • Schedule them in bulks of 5 or 10 activities per day
  • Have your focused list of to-dos created for you automatically
  • Never miss an opportunity to be on time and relevant with your customers and prospects
