What we built
We connected CallRail to Pipedrive via webhooks so every tracked call automatically appears on the right contact record. When a call comes in, the system matches the caller to an existing Pipedrive person (or creates one) and logs the call details.
The integration also pulls the actual call recording files and attaches them directly to the person record in Pipedrive. Sales reps can listen back to calls without leaving their CRM.
Most of the work involved fixing webhook reliability issues and ensuring call recordings attached correctly to the right contacts.
