    Translate the process into Pipedrive: pipeline shape, stages, custom fields, automations, permissions. Reviewed with you before any keystroke hits production.

  3. 3 · Build

    We configure in a sandbox account, run a full deal lifecycle end-to-end, and only then migrate data into the live account. Standard automations land here too.

  4. 4 · AI wire-up

    Connect MetaPipe MCP, configure access, and run a working session with the team on how to delegate real work to their AI assistant. Hand them the prompts that already work in our studio.

  5. 5 · Launch + training

    Two training cohorts: admins (90 min, focused on the moving parts) and end-users (45 min, focused on their daily flow). Recorded for future hires. Two weeks of post-launch tuning included.

Pipedrive Launchpad — questions we get.

How long is the engagement?

Four to six weeks for the build, plus a two-week embedded support window after go-live. Total ~7 weeks from kickoff to handoff.

What if our process changes mid-engagement?

It will. We re-baseline once at the end of Week 1 if the discovery output looks different from your initial brief. After that, change requests inside the Launchpad scope are absorbed; structural rescopes get a written addendum.

Do you migrate data from another CRM?

Yes — HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Insightly, spreadsheets, exports from in-house tools. We clean, deduplicate, and run a sample import before the full cut-over.

What does "AI-wired from day one" actually mean?

Your Pipedrive ships with MetaPipe MCP connected to each user's Claude or Cursor account. From the first day in production, your team can ask their AI to update deals, run reports, propose follow-ups, and the AI executes against the real API — not a chat wrapper.

What if we don't want the AI layer?

You still get the same build. We don't discount for it — the MCP layer is part of how we ship, and the same MCP is what we use internally for QA + maintenance.

Who runs the training?

A senior implementer who built your account, not a separate trainer. The person who built it teaches it.

What's NOT in Launchpad?

Custom code beyond off-the-shelf integrations. Custom Pipedrive marketplace apps. Long-tail integration projects (>2 weeks of build time). These belong in Scale-up or a separate engagement.
