What was built
PraxisMachen's ongoing support project maintains and evolves the Pipedrive automation system built during CRM Onboarding. Monthly check-ins and work sessions with Andreas, Udo, and other stakeholders ensure the system continues to meet changing business needs while automating routine tasks.
Ongoing work includes debugging broken automation scenarios (particularly Brevo email tracking integrations), testing new features and workflow variations, and building supporting infrastructure like manual action buttons for user triggers. Recent work added action buttons to enable custom workflow steps without scenario changes, refactored scenarios for multiple location support, and implemented Brevo opt-in handling for compliance.
Support also covers infrastructure updates (API endpoint changes, new authentication), testing new process variations (Typeform integrations, advanced Pipedrive workflows), and occasional new integrations for additional practices (like Rovos Rail partner requirements). Regular Loom-based training sessions capture new features and process changes for team onboarding.
Project stats: 40 tasks, 54h of ongoing automation maintenance, testing, debugging, and feature development.
