PandaDoc is a document-automation platform that lets sales, ops and revenue teams build, send and e-sign proposals, quotes, contracts and order forms from inside their CRM. Templates pull data straight out of Pipedrive, HubSpot or Salesforce deal records, so a finished quote takes minutes instead of an afternoon — and the signed PDF lands back on the deal automatically.
