What was built

CARRY's Pipedrive migration from Freshsales was a comprehensive multi-phase project covering CRM platform migration, complete team onboarding, and automation setup. The work included reverse-engineering the Freshsales data structure, creating detailed field mappings (contact data, phone numbers, custom properties), and handling historical data restoration for closed deals.

An 8-part team onboarding program was delivered via recorded Loom videos and live sessions, covering Pipedrive fundamentals (sequences, pulse, activities, workflows, permissions, products, dashboards, and SmartDocs). The training ensured all team members could effectively use the new system for deal management and team collaboration.

Integration work included syncing Freshdesk support data to Pipedrive deals, processing trade show leads, connecting Apollo for lead enrichment, and building Make.com automation scenarios to export won deal data directly to Google Sheets. The system now runs light ongoing support to handle data sync issues and retail data imports.

Project stats: 46 tasks, 8 training videos, 3 onboarding sessions, ~37h
