Dr. Schauer | CRM and a conversational Kanzlei stack

Kanzlei Dr. Schauer is a German tax and advisory firm. Metawork is rebuilding client acquisition in Pipedrive, from a qualification web form through classification to offer, and giving the team a conversational way to work: an MCP layer over the CRM plus a DATEV connector, so staff move data through an AI app instead of clicking through interfaces.

Tools used

  • Pipedrive
  • Make
  • DATEV
  • MCP

What we built

  1. 01

    Lead capture

A multi-step qualification web form storing every answer against the Pipedrive person, organisation and lead

  2. 02

    Classification

Answers drive qualification, each with its own follow-up path, plus a guided phone script for enquiries arriving at reception

  3. 03

    CRM structure

Pipedrive fields, pipelines and stages designed around the qualification model, with inbound records syncing into respective CRM accounts

  4. 04

    Kanzlei MCP

A team-facing MCP layer so staff reach CRM data, DATEV data and knowledge through an AI app

  5. 05

    Sync and alerting

Nightly Pipedrive sync with a grouped alert digest, freshness-based conflict resolution

  6. 06

    Meeting notes

A pipeline that captures meeting notes from Sally and turns them into summaries and assigned activities. Activities saved in Pipedrive and Microsoft Planner, depending on the assignee and their job.

  7. 07

    DATEV MCP

The DATEV Connect API wrapped as MCP tools, multi-tenant with fail-closed firm resolution, deployed to Azure Container Apps with Entra authentication

  8. 08

    Compliance

The paperwork such an integration needs in a German firm: AVV under Art. 28 and the professional-secrecy commitment under §203 StGB
