MetaForm is an AI driven form builder. Typeform quality, embeddable, multi step forms whose submissions flow straight into your CRM.

The idea is a combination of a UI and an MCP. Create a new form by asking Claude. Or build it quickly in the UI. Both work on the same forms.

Why it matters

  • Much cheaper than Jotform or Typeform.
  • Much more powerful. Every form is fully customizable through an AI chat. Layout, logic, steps and wording.
  • Custom integrations. Pass form data to any backend. You configure the integration with a prompt, not with code.

Status

Not fully built yet. MetaForm Premium is the premium instance of MetaForm: multi tenant, licensed, with data stored in Germany.
