What was built
An M&A mandate produces a lot of documents and a lot of contact work, and both were living in spreadsheets. This project moved the mandate itself into Pipedrive and automated the paperwork hanging off it.
| Area | Description |
|---|---|
| Form intake | Submissions writing into Pipedrive and a Google Sheet at once, creating organisation, person, lead and note with the firm's salutation and formatting rules |
| Mandate automations | Project creation on the deal, value population, contact labelling, and company and contact history carried onto the deal |
| Investor database | Investor records imported and tagged so buyer approaches can be filtered and run per mandate |
| Document generation | A data store mapping CRM fields to spreadsheet cells, reading and writing single or grouped cells, applying the firm's formulas and producing the finished document from live data |
| Outreach lists | Lemlist lists wired up, with Pipedrive filters kept in step with the campaign queues |
| Team onboarding | Onboarding sessions, mailbox and signature setup in Pipedrive, and an alert system so failures surface instead of stalling quietly |
Document generation went through several complete test passes over the generated output and the mapping before it was trusted with a live mandate.
