What was built
Moving the publisher's newsletter estate off Inxmail into HubSpot: around 220,000 contacts across 22 lists, for two companies, without losing the consent record that makes sending them legal in the first place.

Quality control is a review loop rather than a single import: the client spot-checks subscription mapping and Kopfadresse handling, and the import script is corrected against what they find.
