Clockodo is a cloud-based time tracking solution designed for small and medium-sized teams. It enables companies to track working hours, manage resources, and generate invoices — all from a single platform.

Every tracked minute can be assigned to a specific customer, project, and service. The moment you start a timer, a time entry is automatically created in your timetable — no extra steps, no manual logging after the fact. Time can also be entered retroactively or planned ahead.

Clockodo works as an installed desktop app on Mac and Windows, and as an offline-capable mobile app for iOS and Android. When internet access is restored, all offline entries sync automatically with the server.

By connecting to invoicing tools, Clockodo lets teams transfer tracked hours directly into invoices — reducing manual admin work and billing errors.

All data is protected with SSL encryption and stored on servers in Germany, ensuring full compliance with EU data protection law.
