What was built
Insurance pipelines do not fit an out-of-the-box CRM, so this rebuilt the Pipedrive workspace around how InsuroLink sells and moved the whole history into it.

| Migration | All 3,510 existing deals classified, moved and archived into the new account, with contacts, organisations, activities and notes synced across a defined cutoff window and the gaps remediated afterwards |
| Data hygiene | Customer numbers extracted out of phone fields into their own field, LeadDesk blacklist synced, phone data cleaned, legacy contacts relabelled against the pipelines they belong to |
| Pipelines | Software Sales and Bestandsübernahme pipelines with their stages, products, custom fields and contact labels |
| Booking automations | A scheduler booking creating the right deal type automatically; a won software deal opening a project with its onboarding tasks |
| Contact tracking | Erster Kontakt and Letzter Kontakt maintained automatically, with call outcomes written back to the contact |
| Sheets mapping | A script library holding the data schema centrally and pushing correctly formatted payloads into the Pipedrive API, so the spreadsheet does the maths and the CRM stays clean |
| Monitoring | Make scenarios for the remaining integrations with an alert system in front of them |
