What was built

The first phase with Kommunalverlag: getting the sales side of an Austrian publishing house onto HubSpot and getting the team to actually use it, before the far larger subscription and ad-booking model was built on top.

Sales pipeline Pipeline and stages built around the publisher's own sales motion
Products & quotes Product catalogue and a quote template, including the German copy the team sends out
Contact import Existing contacts imported and mapped
First automation An email follow-up sequence as the first working automation the team owned
User onboarding A run of Nutzeronboarding sessions with the sales team, the piece that decides whether a CRM rollout survives its first month
